“Make your own burrito” bar

Simply set out fresh ingredients like lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, bell peppers, and mango; add proteins and grains such as beef, chicken, cheese, quinoa, brown rice, corn, and vegetable hash; and sauces such as store-bought salsa or homemade pico de gallo, guacamole, and refried beans—and watch your friends crowd around! To make things even more irresistible, try grilling the outside of the burritos on the barbecue so they get a good seal on them.

When the barbecue is ready, spread the salmon on the grill over the half without the charcoal so it’s cooked over indirect heat. To give a woody flavor to your fish, add some cedar chips to the charcoal. Close the top and let the salmon cook for 15 minutes. It’s as simple as that!
Speedy cucumber kimchi
To make this spicy yet refreshing side, cut Lebanese cucumbers in quarters and sweat them with a little coarse salt. After a few minutes, drain the cucumbers and cover them with a mixture of Korean gochugaru (crushed chili peppers), ginger, garlic, and a sweetener of your choice. Set aside for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Vegetable noodles are an innovative and tasty alternative to wheat-based pasta. A variety of accessories are available for making vegetable noodles, which can be eaten raw or cooked. To make the salad, cut the zucchinis in spirals (we recommend you then cut the spirals with scissors so they’re not too long), and then add pesto, fresh bocconcini, black olives, sundried tomatoes, and ground black pepper.
