Need to update your travel insurance contract?

If you purchased your contract on February 11, 2025, you can make changes directly in your Customer Space.

Please note that certain contracts cannot be modified online at this time. For more details, visit our FAQ.

Labour disruption at Canada Post 

Due to the situation, you may not receive your renewal letter at the usual time.  Please take the following actions if your contract is due for renewal soon.

Health and Multi-Trip Annual Travel insurance contract

  • To renew your contract, avoid paying by cheque and contact us to pay by credit card. 
  • If you have a Multi-Trip Annual Travel insurance contract and are 54 years old or younger, renew online

 

Single-Trip Travel insurance contract
Your contract is not affected by the situation, since all communications are sent by e-mail. 

Claims
Reimbursement checks for claims may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
