Salesforce is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool that allows you to: track sales, centralize and automate your sales process, and close sales faster and more efficiently. Better service: You will know exactly where your applications are in the sales process and therefore will be able to better inform your clients. 
You will also be able to use your personalized reports to track your performance year over year. 

Mobile app & Client service site 

These tools allow clients to submit their claims through our secure site or the Blue Cross mobile app just by taking a photo. We’ll deposit their reimbursement directly into their bank account. 
Clients can also: 

  • Search for benefit details, including prescription drug coverage 
  • View past claims 
  • Find a health professional near them 
  • Use a mobile ID card 
  • Sign up for direct deposit
